TRUST ACCOUNTANT

Our Client:

Is without a doubt one of the the market leaders in the Sydney marketplace with offices spread throughout Sydney.With a culture and environment that is like no other this group pride themselves on their motivating and family style culture. They are currently looking for a Trust Accountant to join their fast paced Finance team based in their Eastern Suburbs offices.

The Role:

This Monday to Friday role will be a hugely varied Marketing role encompassing many different tasks including:

* Updating & maintaining of REST data base accurately

* Accounting and administration of all Trust Account records [Residential, & Sales]

* Input of receipts and charges such as letting fees, lease renewal fees advertising, creditor invoices etc;

* All Property Management accounts for rent roll of 800

* Upload and download of bank files - daily

* Bank reconciliation of the Trust Account - daily/weekly/monthly;

* Processing of exchange and settlement monies

* accounting to owners and landlords

The Successful Candidate will:

* Have at least 3 years Real Estate Trust Accounting experience

* Possess impeccable attention to detail

* Have outstanding accuracy

* Be proficient on REST & Filesmart

* Ideally hold accounting / bookkeeping certificate

* Have a current Certificate of Registration

* Be experienced in both Rental and Sales Trust

You will be given all the tools you need to execute your role perfectly and you can be assured that the latest technology and platforms are being utilised. This as well as an off shore team to assist, this role should be seamless and should run like clockwork.
