The Opportunity
We are looking for a Property Manager to slot straight into a tight knit team within a larger team. This team work together alongside their team leader and in-house trainer to offer the highest level of customer service to their landlords and tenants. You will love working alongside great colleagues and being able to share your experiences to achieve better results across you team.
Your day will include:
- Managing a portfolio of 155 properties
- Keeping track of the workflow associated with your portfolio through leasing and administration.
- Building good lines of communication between your landlords and tenants
- Daily property management tasks associated with running a portfolio including routine inspections, property condition reports, lease renewal, rental increases etc
- Console experience would be fabulous but not essential.
