About the role
Joining the highly successful PM team, this Property Manager role is perfect for someone who loves the variety of never having two days the same.
Duties
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- List new properties and existing properties for lease on the internet
- Arrange current photos for internet listings
- Conduct open for inspections and private inspections
- Attend to email and telephone enquiries within 24 hours
- Manage rent arrears
- Carry out periodic inspections on 6 or 12 months basis, depending on the owner instruction/tenant standard
- Arrange maintenance as required

About You
Our client requires you to have the below before you apply:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a role within a property management department
- Police Check (Current, less than 6 months old)
- Well maintained reliable car and drivers license

- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
