The Role:
- Work closely and learn with highly experienced BDM and property management team
- Manage all Tenant enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins
- Qualify prospective tenants using tenancy database and match with properties as they become listed
- Conduct Open for inspections mid-week and Saturday's
- Processing of Tenancy Applications
- Prepare marketing, advertisements for available rentals
- Manage E-marketing and social media
Skills & Experience:
- Real estate experience preferred
- A current Certificate or Real Estate Licence essential
- Own reliable vehicle and licence
- Immaculate presentation and communication skills
- A team player with a positive energy and drive to succeed
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Genuine passion for real estate
- Local knowledge of the lower north shore preferable
