The role:
Is for a Leasing Consultant who can work at a rapid pace in a fast moving market. Working within a pod of 3 across 300 rental properties your days will include:
- Showing properties for lease
- Organising open for inspections
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Processing tenancy applications
- Preparation of lease agreements
- Organise tenant packs for sign ups
The successful Candidate:
- Will have at least 6 months Leasing experience
- Be customer focused & obsessed with giving great service
- Abel to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Be open mind to learn new systems and procedures
- Will have relevant certification, drivers license & car
- Can use REST, Files-mart, Inspection Manager & Inspect Real Estate
