The Role:
Working alongside the Number one rated Agent in this area of the Lower North Shore, this Senior Sales Agent is looking for someone who is young, energised and prepared to work side by side him to grow his already impressive business with the opportunity to step out on your own in the coming years.
As the new Junior Sales Agent you will be expected to:
* Call through and update the current database
* Prospect for new business (comms paid to get in the door)
* Door knocking and letterbox drops
* Preparing market appraisal and listing presentations
* Attending open for inspections and auctions
* Assist with Buyer call backs
* Manage your own database of active buyers
Skills and Experience:
* Current Certificate of Registration
* Real Estate Experience necessary
* Drivers licence and reliable car
* Sound knowledge of MS office and real estate CRM system
* Ambitious and energetic
* Immaculately presented & able to represent high end properties
* Strong organisational skills
* Reliable, trustworthy and responsible
