We are currently working with one of the Wagga regions largest Real Estate businesses in sourcing them a new Department Head to lead, mentor and grow this already thriving Property Management division. Work side by side this innovative and very technology focused Managing Director who only wants the best for his team and his hugely respected Real Estate brand.
The role:
Managing, leading and driving this thriving Property Management you as the Department Head will become the go to person for the team, their clients and their salespeople. With a rent roll of over 800 properties your days will be fast paced and you will need to be across the following tasks:
- Manage all aspects of a Property Management team of 8
- Ensuring compliance across the division
- Revisiting all checklists and processes
- Ensure the team is following all procedures
- Weekly one on one sessions with the team
- Lead weekly team meetings
- Handling any escalated issues
- introduce weekly training sessions
- Department Head checks
- working with MD to share company vision
The successful Candidate:
- Will have at least 4 years exp in a similar position
- Have exceptional knowledge of the Act
- Will be confident with leading teams
- Be able to demonstrate sound leadership skills
- Have passion around technology and systems
- Confident with large departments
- Knowledge of PropertyMe & Inspect Real Estate
- Hold current Certificate or License
