The Role
As the Strata Manager you will be based in their Eastern Suburbs office and manage a great portfolio of smaller buildings
- Day to day management of your portfolio | 30 – 40 schemes
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with Owners
- Arrange & manage quotes & repairs
- Manage annual audits, insurances etc
- Ensure By-law and Legislative compliance
- Attend Corporation & Executive Committees
About you
- 2+ years’ experience in autonomously managing a portfolio
- Customer centric and enjoy providing great service
- Excellent English – both verbal & written
- Solid understanding of the Strata Act
- Current Strata Certificate or License
- Car and Driver’s license
