An opportunity has arisen for an experienced real estate Administrator to join this boutique size agency backed by Australia’s most recognised franchise brand! You will support in the management of a clean, well-run portfolio of 140 properties, as well as the Director with day to day support
Duties:
Focused on the commercial property market, assisting the GM with a diverse portfolio you will be predominantly office-based and responsible for:
- Assist with all Admin duties for a 140 property portfolio – including landlord communications (email / phone)
- Coordinate any required repairs and annual checks (fire safety certificates and backflow testing etc)
- Assist with Valuation reports – looking up RPdata details and typing in to templates
- Calling real estate agents to gather property info
- Prepare weekly sales meeting agendas
- Landlord and tenant communication
- General administration
Requirements:
- Must have Real Estate support experience
- Exposure to Commercial property management or Valuations would be great
- A Certificate of Registration (or willing to obtain)
- Strong communications skills – written and verbal
- REST knowledge preferred
