Our Client
Operating for 5+ years, and already highly successful outside of NSW, our client is an innovative PropTech solution on the digital marketing side of real estate. They manage omni-channel ad campaigns, simplify lead management, increase coverage of listings & brand, offer better data insights and reduce the cost per lead > all adding to the success of their clients businesses.
Your New Role
This is pivotal appointment for this team and will suit someone who is already selling tech or digital marketing in to the Real Estate industry. Your day to day will include:
- Calling and making appointments to meet with key decision makers
- Carry out demonstrations, sales pitches and presentations to individual agencies, Franchise groups and at industry conferences
- Talk through the advantages of the services and secure sign-up’s
- Maintain the database / your prospect pipeline
- Offer suggestions for continual improvement in products and business model
- Grow the NSW team
What we are looking for:
- You will be tech savvy and have a demonstrated track-record in IT solutions selling in to real estate
- Strong existing relationships in place(industry specific)
- Sharp, self-motivated, goal oriented and passionate
- Experience in rapport building to Senior levels
- The ability to work remotely and autonomously
- Must have drivers licence and own vehicle
