Successful and reputable Strata Company is seeking an experienced Strata accounts professional to join their friendly, longstanding team of professionals, to assist the office with debt recovery, financials and insurances.
Our Client:
A longstanding Strata Company with an exemplary reputation, our client is a medium-sized business, but possesses a welcoming and supportive culture similar to a family-run office. Based in the heart of the Sutherland Shire, they provide the latest technology and a lovely work environment.
Duties:
- Daily bank downloads
- Monitor, process and chase late levies
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients to collect building scheme information and set-up accounts
- Preparation of annual accounts and budgets for strata schemes
- Term deposit management and tracking renewal dates
- Provide Accounts support to Body Corporate Managers
- Generate reports
Specific requirements:
- Experience within Strata is a must
- Knowledge of the finance/accounts side of StrataMaster
- A current Strata Certificate or License
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
