This rare and exciting opportunity is for a Portfolio Operations Manager to provide holistic oversight and leadership with a key focus on compliance, operational, contract and facilities management functions for long-term asset performance.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Provide leadership as a senior representative to ensure professional operational management across the portfolio.
- Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives to add value with a focus on short & long-term return on investment to enhance each asset’s position in respective markets.
- Deliver and maintain strategic 10-year business plan objectives across operational & capital expenditure, ensuring compliance through risk mitigation and sustainability.
- Actively manage the Facilities Management team in relation to their professional development to ensure consistency across the portfolio.
- Management of capital expenditure across feasibility, tendering and delivery; assuring cost, time and quality meet specification.
- Develop operations process review, making recommendations for improvements to processes and procedures, to ensure best practice in accordance with property investment plan objectives.
- Ensure client risk management program is on target for all assets and that the client are fully aware of risk profile across the portfolio.
- Oversee contractor procurement and tendering to ensure cost efficiency and monitor performance through regular reviews of KPI’s.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 10+ years’ experience across Senior Facilities Management roles within an Operational environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing teams.
- Demonstrated experience within office or retail environment.
- Strong commercial acumen
- A proven track record of growing and developing high performing teams
- Extensive experience through feasibility and delivery of major capital works
- Ability to influence key stakeholders through extensive analysis and delivery of business plans
