About this opportunity
Reporting into a highly experienced and passionate Head of Department with hands support from a super lovely and supportive Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the growth portfolio with initial size will be based on experience (guidance of around 40 initially). Growth of the portfolio will be in-line with the successful candidates capabilities. Strong support from the Leasing team and experienced Property Management administrators who will also assist with outside work.
Responsibility will include;
- Liaising with owners, tenants and contractors
- Quarterly inspections
- Final Bonds
- Ingoing PCR's
- Rental Arrears
- Maintenance
- NO TRUST/EOM
- NO BDM
Our Ideal Candidate
Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager that is super keen and capable to make the next move into managing their very own portfolio.
- Minimum of 2 years confidently assisting end to end on a portfolio
- Current WA Property Management registration with up to date CPD points
- Valid WA drivers license
- Experience using PropertyMe (or similar cloud based software) will be highly regarded
