They are seeking an experienced, hands on and creative Marketing Manager to drive the implementation, full concept to completion of all marketing activities, with close engagement from the internal team and external consultants.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating, managing and implementing the placemaking activities for the entire Perth Commercial and Retail portfolio, to ensure exceptional tenant and asset experiences. This role is pivotal in maintaining this highly established brands presence through effective communication, accuracy, sound values and strong collaboration skills.
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Creating and implementing on brand marketing strategies, to achieve tenant engagement and drive retail trading.
- Track all aspects of financials by preparing annual marketing budgets, monitoring external invoices and reporting any discrepancies.
- Consulting regularly with asset managers, state managers and key stakeholders within Marketing and Communications.
- Attend to all external and internal customer queries with sound communication skills, ensuring quality outcomes are achieved.
To be considered for this role you will have tertiary qualifications in marketing and a background in financial or property services, ideally commercial or retail. You will demonstrate impeccable presentation, communication and organisational skills. Capable of working within a high-pressure environment and meeting tight deadlines. Knowledge in design programmes is highly desirable although not essential.
