About this opportunity
Manage a very tidy portfolio of 120 residential properties, with a thorough handover from current Property Manager. You will have the support of a fantastic team including an experienced and highly capable Assistant Property Manager.
Ingoing PCR's are outsourced and their BDM looks after new managements up up to sign-up point.
Responsibilities will include;
- Meeting and sign-up of all new tenants in your portfolio
- Quarterly routine inspections
- Final bond inspections and process
- All property maintenance
- Liaise with all Owners, Tenants and Contractors
- Ideally some Trust Accounting experience would be ideal

Whilst important to have a solid understanding of all Property Management functions, this is a relationship focused Agency and only the most customer focused will be suitable for this opportunity.
