An exciting opportunity is now available for either an experienced Assistant Centre Manager/Retail Manager or Shopping Centre Administration Manager looking to work for a well-known shopping centre in Townsville. This position is a 12month contract ideally looking to commence in early December 2019.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be assisting in the day to day operations of the shopping centre. This role will have a heavy administration focus so experience in shopping centre administration is a must! You will also assist in collecting sales figures, chasing up arrears and dealing with tenant/customer queries.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Min 2-3+ years’ experience working in a shopping centre management team either as a Retail Manager, Assistant Centre Manager or Administration Managers position.
- High skill level with all Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using MRI Software would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Strong experience with financial management
