Your New Role
Working alongside an area specialist who has been selling on the Lower North Shore for 20+ years and is an expert negotiator, you will take the reins of his administration, marketing activities & sales support including more specifically:
- Preparing properties for sale - coordinating stylists & small improvements for clients
- Attending photoshoots & Coordinate advertising
- Liaising with internal Administration to meet deadlines
- Schedule and attend Open homes
- Diary & Buyer management
- Manage the exchanged to settlement process
- Run marketing initiatives such as social media & newsletters
About You
- You will be passionate about Real Estate & Property
- Strong admin capability
- Experience in social media preferred
- NSW Certificate of registration is a MUST HAVE
- Polished, well-presented and self-motivated
- Car and driver’s license
