FULL TIME PROPERTY MANAGER

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, honest person to manage our growing number of rental properties:

* You will want to do the right thing by your owners and your tenants.
* You'll be a good communicator and be friendly and approachable, able to juggle the priorities and changing demands of this complex and rewarding job.
* You'll be able to be strong when needed - yet sensitive to the emotions of tenants and owners.
* You'll be managing Trust receipting, EOM & mid month, routine inspections, entry & exit reporting, maintenance and repairs and using REST property management software.

The position is full time and starts immediately
