Trust Accountant / Real Estate Office Administrator

Our Client

A highly recognised franchise brand, with a tight-knit team and family feel, our client has been operating over 10 years in the area and has become the dominant player, growing their portfolio to over 900 managements and being the go-to when property owners think of selling.
  
The Role:

In charge of all things accounts, this role will also provide an enjoyable mix of office support duties:

  • Daily downloads and reconciliations
  • Approve and manage accounts payable / receivable
  • Run Mid-month and end-of month process
  • Manage deposits, investment accounts, bond lodgements and releases
  • Enter new landlords, tenants, properties in to the system
  • Upload sales properties on to advertising portals
  • Arrange marketing materials for sales properties
  • Provide additional admin support to the team where needed

  
Requirements:

  • Real Estate Trust Accounting experience (Rest or PropertyMe preferred)
  • Good communications skills (written and verbal) to liaise with clients
  • Pride in what you do, with attention to detail and a willingness to support others
  • Current (or renewing) Certificate of Registration or License
