Australian owned, our client is a leading PropTech business which has grown exponentially over the past 18 months. A cloud-based Commercial Property Management software, they are committed to the industry, and are incredibly proud of their ease of use, continuous enhancements and the unsurpassed support that they provide to their client base.

The Role:
To ensure this level of service is maintained, a new role has been created to support their clients. Onboarding / training anywhere from 1 – 5 clients at a time, your role will include:
- Maintaining a Training Plan to ensure clients are adequately trained prior to their ‘go live’ date
- Planning, scheduling and conducting on-line and face to face training
- Providing support to clients for any training related questions
- Maintaining the online help repository
- Continuously improving the training offering and looking at better ways to educate their clients
Requirements:
- Previous exposure to Property Management Trust Accounting in the Real Estate Industry (commercial preferred)
- Previous software training experience would be ideal
- An ability to articulate and simplify complex concepts
- Bookkeeping or Accountancy Qualifications preferred (or compensating experience)
- A current Driver’s license and willingness to travel within Australia
- A can-do attitude, with the ability to hit the ground running
