About the REIV

The REIV is the peak body for real estate professionals in Victoria and a Registered Training Organisation. The REIV's Vision is for A Strong and Sustainable Victorian Property Sector.

The Role:

Working as part of our training administration team you will be responsible for:

  • Administration of new and current students for all RTO qualifications and programs.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our students including responding to general queries, processing enrolments, issuing of training plans, generating certificates/ statement of results, managing the customer retention process and following up missing attendees.
  • Entering accurate student data and records into our student management system.
  • Creating course events in relevant REIV databases.
  • Generating invoices.
  • Auditing of student files.
  • Preparation, maintenance and/or uploading of course materials.
  • Setting up, maintaining and packing up room requirements.
  • Liaising with employers and facilitators.

Your experience/skills will ideally include:

  • Previous experience in administration of RTO training qualifications or programs or a desire to learn.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of student management systems and computer literacy with a minimum of intermediate skills in Microsoft programs.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Outstanding initiative.
  • High level organisational skills, attention to detail and time management.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Identifying improvements to systems and processes.
  • Demonstrable ability to contribute to a positive and ethical culture.
  • Etrainu and VETtrack experience is an advantage.
  • Real estate knowledge is also an advantage.
  • SVTS knowledge is desirable but not essential.
