Our client is a leading Facilities Management provider in WA, delivering tailored FM solutions to meet client needs. You will be accountable for timely delivery of projects and management of building services through a busy retail centre. This is your opportunity to join the team on a temporary basis with the possibility for permanency.
About the role:
- Delivery of capital works to scope, budget and timeframes.
- Ensuring compliance is kept up-to-date across the site.
- Effective management of building services day to day.
- Inductions and management of contractors through the site.
- Key stakeholder engagement, providing impeccable customer service and relationship building with tenants.
- Development of maintenance schedules & asset plan to ensure efficient working practice.
To be considered you will have:
- 3-5 years experience in a facilities operational role within a retail environment.
- Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
- Extensive experience managing building services within a retail site.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements within retail.
With the ability to manage your time effectively, you will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to your clients.
