About the role:
  
Due an internal promotion our client is seeking an experienced property professional with strong Real Estate experience, you must “live & breath” Real Estate, really genuinely love it!
  
As the Team Manager/ Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for

• Maintaining regular and excellent relations with vendors, buyers, clients
• Supporting Director and the Sales team
• Assisting with open homes
• Managing exchanges and settlements
• Marketing campaign coordination
• Diary Management + ad hoc duties

Skills and Experience:

• Real Estate experience is essential 
• Certificate of Registration & own vehicle
• Superior time management skills
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills
• Personable and a real problem solver
• Proven ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to consistently provide 6 star service
