The staff are fun team players who will make you feel welcome and supported. You will be joining a well-known brand with multiple offices, managing a small tidy portfolio. You must have excellent attention to detail and be focused on providing high-end level of service.
Within this team you will be responsible for:
- Management of Property Management Team
- Reporting direct to Directors
- Day to day Property Management of a small portfolio
- Responsible for business growth and development
- Responsible for monitoring trust account and keeping in compliance with regulations
Skills and experience:
- Hold your Real Estate Licence
- Current driver's licence
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Friendly, personable and approachable with the ability to assist others
- Attention to detail and proactive
- Must have excellent customer service focused attitude with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Be a real team player and possess the ability to work autonomously

Job Type: Full-time maternity leave contract
Salary Range - $70,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation + Travel Allowance
