They are now seeking an experienced Team Assistant to join their busy team. In this role, no day will be the same and you will need to have great time management skills to work in this busy and dynamic workplace.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Uploading and updating property listings on the internet
- Submission and Tender work
- Reviewing, updating and formatting on word
- Update website listings and maintain a database
- General administration and organisational support to the office.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Proven reception and administration experience, preferably within a property environment
- Immaculate presentation
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High level organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritise
- Advanced in Microsoft Office suite, particularly word
- A strong and confident, yet approachable presence
- A great sense of humour and a big smile
We are looking for an administration star who has a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, is positive and flexible with a can-do attitude. You will be rewarded by working with a team of supportive individuals with the potential to develop your career.
