Team Administrator - Leasing 8mnth FTC

Team Administrator required for 8 month FTC at a premium northern suburbs shopping centre, midway through a development.

Our client is a national landlord with an opportunity for a Team Administrator to join their dynamic team at a premium shopping centre in the northern suburbs of Perth.

The role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the leasing team at the centre.

You will be required to:

    • Provide administration support to the leasing and sales teams.
    • Tracking of leasing transactions ensuring all documentation is accounted for.
    • Preparation of disclosure statements.
    • Liaising with solicitors on packages.
    • Preparation of signage orders and online advertising.

To be successful for this position you will have:

  • Previous experience in a property administration role, ideally within retail or commercial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Be highly organised and a team player
