The Role

Working alongside a Managing Director who gives you free reign, this is a pivotal role for this boutique business. Offering an exciting and varied role, which will elevate an experienced Strata Manager in to more complex schemes and a chance to manage staff, you undertake the following:

• Be responsible for the office and be the 1st point of contact for 10 staff
• Manage a portfolio of circa 20 buildings (2000 lots)
• Oversee a dedicated Assistant
• Focus on new business

The Successful Candidate:

• Minimum 5+ years as a Strata Manager
• Knowledge of complex schemes, BMC’s and CT’s
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team
• Proven ability to generate new business
• Excellent knowledge of Legislation
• Full Strata Licence
