Up to $130K + super + B’s (40%)
Option of only being in the office 5 days each fortnight

The Company

Known as one of the Eastern Suburbs specialists, you will be tasked with taking over the management of this extremely well cared for portfolio

Duties

Day to day management of a portfolio
Overseeing a shared Assistant
Liaising with owners / stakeholders
Arranging and chairing Meetings
Financial management of buildings
General day to day portfolio management duties: approving agendas, actioning minutes, arranging and approving quotes
Overseeing compliance and By-Law adherence
Client service to ensure portfolio retention (and growth)

Specific requirements

2+ years managing a strata portfolio
Demonstrated longevity in roles
A current Strata Certificate or License
