The Role:
  
Not only working for one of the best strata groups in the country, but also stepping in to an incredibly well-cared for, high-value portfolio, this role will see you undertaking the following:

• Day to day management of circa 52 buildings / 832 lots
• Liaising with owners / stakeholders predominantly in the East
• Drafting agendas, actioning minutes, arranging and approving quotes
• Overseeing compliance and By-law adherence
• Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
• Chairing meetings and actioning items
• Client service to ensure portfolio retention + growth
• Directing and managing task-oversight of an Assistant

About You:

• 4+ year plus Strata Management experience
• Live a close commute to the Eastern Suburbs
• Experience in Company Title preferred
• Must have dealt with prestige clients
• A formal / professional approach
• A current Strata Certificate or Licence
