The Company

This is an extremely successful and progressive strata company with multiple offices across Sydney.  They provide all their staff with excellent ongoing training to keep everyone up to date in the industry to provide excellent customer service to their clients.

The Role

Manage a small portfolio of buildings of approximately 50 buildings | 2 to 150 lots each.  Positioned mostly lower Nth Shore and managing a portfolio of standard residential builds.

• Buildings approximately are 10-20 years old
• Drafting agendas
• Actioning minutes
• Arranging / approving quotes
• Repairs and remedial works
• Ensuring annual safety and compliance
• Problem solving & dispute resolution

About You

• Experienced Strata Manager –open to an Assistant ready to step up!
• A current Strata Certificate
• Team player with strong communications skills
• Excellent communication skills
