This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable strata company that is part of a multi-office business; they have an incredible long-term team and excellent management and system to support you!
The Role:
Forming a part of this independent Strata management firm, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a small portfolio of 50 buildings / circa 500 lots, majority of them being residential buildings that are 10-20 years old and mostly on the Lower North Shore.
Duties will include:
- Drafting agendas, action minutes, arranging and approving quotes
- Repairs and remedial works
- Ensuring annual safety and compliance
- Overseeing compliance and By-law adherence
- Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
- Allocating work and overseeing a shared Assistant
Requirements:
- 3+ years Strata experience
- Ability to make processes look easy for the client
- Demonstrated longevity in roles
- A current Strata Certificate or License
- Patient & sympathetic
- Strong relationship builder
