The Role
- Manage 70-80 buildings (plans) / 1500 lots in the Eastern Suburbs
- Liaise with committee members
- Prepare and conduct AGMs and ECM’s
- Ensure and enforce Legislative and By-Law compliance
- Review financial documents and preparing budgets
The Successful Candidate
- Strata experience is essential
- Hold a Strata Certificate or License
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with Company Title and StrataMaster is highly regarded
