Strata Manager

The Company
  

Our client is a busy and progressive boutique strata company based in North Sydney, they are fairly new but backed by highly experienced strata professionals. The 2x Directors not only pride themselves on offering their staff with flexible working arrangements, they also understand the importance in providing their team with the latest state of the art tech and conference facilities so they can work ‘smarter’ and provide the best level of customer service to their clients.

  
The Role

As a new additional to this great team, you will be stepping into an incredibly well-cared for portfolio previously looked after one of the Directors 

Duties:

• Day to day management of 15 – 20 schemes to start (then gradually to 40 across 12 months)
• Liaising with owners / stakeholders
• Drafting agendas, actioning minutes, arranging and approving quotes
• Overseeing compliance and By-law adherence
• Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
• Chairing meetings and actioning items
• Client service to ensure portfolio retention (and growth)

Specific requirements:

• 2-5 years’ experience as a Strata Manager
• Demonstrated longevity in roles
• A current Strata Certificate or License
• Excellent communicator & strong relationship builder
• Personable, patient & problem solver
• Experience in handling complex issues desirable
