Forming a part of this well-oiled and highly reputable independent Strata management firm, a portfolio predominantly on the Northern Beaches / Lower North Shore will be built to suit your experience. 
  
Duties:

• Day to day management of your portfolio (mid-sized residential buildings)
• Drafting agendas, actioning minutes, arranging and approving quotes
• Repairs and remedial works
• Ensuring annual safety and compliance
• Overseeing compliance and By-law adherence
• Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
• Allocating work and overseeing a shared Assistant

Requirements:

• 2+ years strata experience preferred (but open)
• Current Strata Certificate or License
• A long-term commitment to Strata as a career
• Proven ability as a strong relationship builder
