Forming a part of this well-oiled and highly reputable independent Strata management firm, a portfolio (predominantly on the Northern Beaches / Lower North Shore) will be built to suit your experience.
Duties:
- Day to day management of your portfolio (mid-sized residential buildings)
- Drafting agendas, actioning minutes, arranging and approving quotes
- Repairs and remedial works
- Ensuring annual safety and compliance
- Overseeing compliance and By-law adherence
- Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
- Allocating work and overseeing a shared Assistant
Requirements:
- 2+ years strata experience preferred (but open)
- Current Strata Certificate or License
- A long-term commitment to Strata as a career
- Proven ability as a strong relationship builder
