This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable strata company that is part of a multi-office business; they have an incredible long-term team and excellent management and system to support you!
The Role:
Forming a part of this well-oiled and highly reputable multi-office, independent Strata management firm, a portfolio (predominantly on the Lower North Shore) will be built to suit your experience.
Duties:
- Day to day management of your portfolio (smaller residential buildings to 40 lots)
- Drafting agendas, actioning minutes, arranging and approving quotes
- Repairs and remedial works
- Ensuring annual safety and compliance
- Overseeing compliance and By-law adherence
- Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
- Allocating work and overseeing a shared Assistant
Requirements:
- 2+ years strata experience
- Current Strata Certificate or License
- Demonstrated longevity in roles
- Patient & sympathetic
- Strong relationship builder
