Our client has been one of Sydney’s leading Strata Managing agencies for over 30 years. Customer service to each of their clients is paramount, and therefore they offer great internal systems & administration support so that their Strata Managers are well equipped to provide a bit of “wow” with every interaction.
Duties will include
Day to day management of a mid-sized portfolio of buildings (depending on experience will be anywhere from 55 blocks to 75 blocks max 1000 lots in portfolio with an average of 15 lots per plan
- Liaising with committee members and carrying out annual general meetings
- Arranging quotations and works to be carried out
- Preparation of minutes, meeting agendas
- Reviewing financial documents and preparing budgets
Your background
- Current Strata Certificate
- Strata Experience is essential
- Strong communicator and strong in compliance
- Team player with a helpful disposition
