Strata Manager

Fantastic Strata Manager opportunity with a well-established business and with a stellar reputation on the North Shore

Take this fantastic opportunity to join a small, friendly team on the North Shore as their Strata Manager! Your role will be taking over a well-cared for portfolio, where you have support from a dedicated Assistant, and a team who also manages Insurance and Fire claims for you.

Your Duties:

  • Day to day management of 65 low-maintenance buildings
  • Establish and maintain effective reporting relationships with relevant Owners Corporations & Committees
  • Prepare for and conduct AGM’s, ECM’s etc
  • Arrange access for quotes & repairs
  • Manage annual audits, and By-Law adherence  
  • Provide timely advice in accordance with Legislation

Requirements:

  • Strata Certificate (or about to obtain it)
  • Some strata experience preferred but will consider without (if from a Property Law or Property Management background)
  • Prefer someone living on the North Shore
  • Solid PC skills & also strong admin capability
  • Someone with ‘get up and go’ and who takes initiative!

The ideal candidate:

  • Strata Certificate or about to obtain
  • Strata experience preferred 
  • Open to someone with Property Law or a PM background
  • Prefer someone living on the North Shore
  • Solid computer skills & strong admin skills
  • Someone with ‘get up and go’ and initiative
  • Experience in Strata Master preferred
