Being an employer of choice, they have an impressive retention rate of staff meaning these positions don't come across often. They are looking for someone to support the Centre Manager in handling the day to day management of a portfolio of retail properties in Brisbane. Additional duties include:
- Assisting the centre manager in developing sustainable relationships with both tenants and owners
- Implementation of retail engagement strategy
- Conduct rent reviews
- Assisting with financial management, planning and administration
- Working closely with the facilities manager to identify repairs and maintenance
- Working with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans
- Ensure the retail strategy aligns and delivers on the owner’s vision for success
- Contribute to marketing and advertising strategies and branding.
To be considered you will have previous experience in Retail property management either as a Retail Manager, Assistant Centre Manager or even Administration Manager looking to take that step up. You will have superior communication and client servicing skills with a keen eye for detail. You will have a driven, motivated, positive attitude to achieve success.
