Shopping Centre Operations Manager

About the Role:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and overall efficiency of a well shopping centre based in Toowoomba.

Duties:

• Preventative and reactive maintenance management
• Provide support for OPEX and CAPEX budget management
• Oversee all aspects of hard and soft services
• Contractor induction and management
• Uphold OH&S standards

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, or operations within a retail environment
• Qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering or Building Services Trade is advantageous but not essential
• Strong knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety, Compliance and Risk Management
• Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills
• Genuine passion for retail property and shopping centre management
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
