The Company
This is an extremely successful and progressive strata company with multiple offices. They provide all their staff with excellent ongoing training to keep everyone up to date in the industry & provide excellent customer service to their clients.
The Role
As their new Senior Strata Manager you will not only be stepping into an incredibly well-cared for portfolio, and undertaking the following:
- Day to day management of a small portfolio
- Liaising with owners / stakeholders
- Drafting agendas, actioning minutes, arranging and approving quotes
- Overseeing compliance and By-law adherence
- Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
- Chairing meetings and actioning items
- Client service to ensure portfolio retention (and growth)
About You
- Min. 2+ years’ experience
- Demonstrated longevity in roles
- A current Strata Certificate or License
- Excellent communicator & strong relationship builder
- Personable, patient & problem solver
