Senior Strata Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable strata company that is part of a multi-office business; they have an incredible long-term team and excellent management and system to support you!

  
The Role:
  
This is a newly created role to support the business with their upcoming pipeline of new buildings due to come on in 2020. Working closely with the BDM to take over buildings once signed up, you will only have a small portfolio to start with.
  
Duties will include:

• Arranging and chairing the 1st AGM
• Managing the defects period and coordinating with the onsite Building Managers
• General day to day portfolio management duties: drafting agendas, actioning minutes, arranging and approving quotes
• Overseeing compliance and By-law adherence
• Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
• Allocating work and overseeing a shared Assistant
• Be the go-to person within the office if needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years Strata experience so you can hit the ground running
• Have worked with new buildings, first AGM’s and the defect process
• Demonstrated longevity in roles
• A current Strata Certificate or License
• Patient, sympathetic and strong relationship builder
• Have the ability to make processes look easy for the client
