The Company

The Role:
Managing just 12 buildings and 3 BMC’s with a total of approximately 1900 lots, duties will include:
- Day to day management of the portfolio
- Liaising with stake holders (including Body Corporate and Trades People)
- Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurances)
- Preparing for and attending meetings (AGM’s, OCM’s)
- Taking minutes, and completing work orders
Specific requirements:
- Experience in Strata Management
- Well versed on the Legislation and comfortable liaising with educated EC’s
- Excellent communicator i.e. written and articulate
