The Company
Managing some of Sydney’s most iconic and prestigious buildings, our client prides themselves on their ability to provide their clients with an effective and comprehensive strata management service.
The Role
Managing just 12 buildings and 3 BMC’s with a total of approximately 1900 lots, duties will include:
- Day to day management of the portfolio
- Liaising with stake holders (including Body Corporate and Trades People)
- Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurances)
- Preparing for and attending meetings (AGM’s, OCM’s)
- Taking minutes, and completing work orders
The Applicant
- A minimum of 3 years’ property exposure
- Strata Certificate or Strata License (or willing to gain it)
- Ideally exposure to BMC’s
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle high end clientele
