  The Company:
   
  Forming a part of an incredibly successful boutique franchise network, this leading team is a multi-office business who has built an incredible corporate culture and is led from the front by a GM who comes from a Property Management background and possesses a wide knowledge to back you up and support where needed.
   
  Your New Role:
   
  Leading a POD or team responsible for the management of 260 properties, you will be responsible for:
  
  • Landlord liaising & communication
  • Gaining approval for repairs and any spend from landlords
  • Conduct final bond inspections
  • Oversee a Leasing Executive and Junior Property Manager (who manages all tenant tasks)
  • Provide guidance and coaching to your team
  • Contribute to ideas for the business and participate in the wider team culture
  • Tribunal hearings if required

  The Requirements
  

  • A minimum of 2 years’ property management experience
  • Strong admin skills & high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a positive “can do” attitude
  • Professional presentation
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
