This role will see you stepping in to a team leadership role and overseeing 3 experienced, long-term staff.
The Role:
You will be focused on landlord tasks and supervision, while the team manage the tenant focused tasks for this portfolio if circa 300 properties.
- Task allocation to the team - including routines, maintenance etc
- All landlord communication
- Chase and minimise arrears
- Undertake rent reviews and renewals
- Ensure compliance of the portfolio
- Maximise returns for the owners and portfolio profitability
- Weekly KPI management
- Coordinate and attend Tribunal when required
- Prepare for End of Month (disbursements done by the Accountant)
Requirements:
- Min 2+ years experience as a portfolio manager
- Current Certificate of Registration or higher (you will be required to gain your License once in the role)
- A strong work ethic to be able to lead by example
- Knowledge of the local area
- Driver’s license
