The role:
Is a pure Monday to Friday Senior Property Manager role managing a well maintained portfolio of 175 residential properties and will encompass the following Property Manager tasks:
- Landlord and Tenant communication
- Repairs and maintenance
- Arrears control
- Periodic & outgoing inspections
- Rental reviews and renewals
- Tribunal preparation and attendance
- Insurance claims
Experience needed:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Property Manager
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Preferably experience in REST, Filesmart & Inspection Manager
- A high level of customer service & problem solving skills
- The ability to work well as a team as well as autonomously
