Senior Property Manager | Central Coast

Due to the ongoing growth of this dynamic business, an opportunity has arisen for a proven performer to join the team as a BDM-focused Senior Property Manager and leverage off this agency's' experience and continuing success. 

Duties:

• Day to day management of a small portfolio 
• Attend appointments promoting the property management services
• Build relationships with potential landlords and investors
• Conduct open homes and leasing duties
• Appraise applications from potential tenants
• Manage mid and end of month (full training provided if needed)
• Seek out new business opportunities through referrals, networking + prospecting

Requirements:

• Property Management experience essential
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Well presented, self -motivated, personable & reliable
• Experienced w Property Tree highly regarded
• Business Development savvy
• Car and drivers license
