SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

A role for a Property Manager who wants to be part of a team that appreciates PM * Your own full time Assistant * Monday to Friday only* NO leasing

This office is renowned for its high level of customer care and the outstanding results that this team constantly produce. At the top of their Franchise Group this award winning office puts plenty of time and energy into their team and the results are clear to see. This Property Management department of 7 functions like clockwork and they are a close knit, fun & outgoing team who love to socialise together too.

The Role:

Due to the interstate move of one of their much loved Senior Property Managers we are on the hunt for someone who has a positive and uplifting work ethic who pride themselves on their exemplary customer service. With the assistance of your own dedicated Junior Property Manager together you will be managing a meticulously maintained portfolio of 220.

Each day will see you carrying out the following duties:

* Managing arrears and rental reviews

* Rental increases and service of notices

* Organising repairs and maintenance

* Bond release & tribunal preparation if needed

* Landlord Liaison

* Insurance claims where needed

* Oversee and manage Property Officer

Experience Needed:

A Senior Property Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience will be perfect for this role, you will also poses the following:

* A current Certificate or Real Estate License

* Own reliable vehicle

* Thorough knowledge of the Lower North Shore

* Excellent organisational and negotiating skills

* Genuine passion for Property Management

* Solid understanding of current legislation

* REST, Filesmart and Inspection Manager exp ideal
