About the role
Joining an easy-going and friendly team you will be required to manage a portfolio of approx 180 properties where you will receive support from all areas of the company including Team Leaders, Admin staff and a Trust Accountant.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage a reasonable sized portfolio of 180 properties
Leasing
Inspections
Client and tenant liaison
Repairs and maintenance
Enquiry response
Bond applications
Arrears.
About you:
Minimum 1-2 years Property Management Experience
Agent's Representative Certificate
Excellent Computer Skills
Strong Communication Skills
Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio
Positive, approachable personality
Victorian Drivers Licence
Reliable and well-presented car
